Keep area around vendor cart clear. Contain in stall or cordon off area.
Burn due to Heat.
Ensure correct tools are used including oven gloves or other heatproof material.
Loose articles of clothing to be secured.
Burn due to Hot Food.
Young children, disabled, the elderly or infirm, may need extra supervision.
Food Poisioning.
Use trained personnel only to cook food.  Follow all guidelines with cooking instructions.
Ensure tools are kept clean.
Nut Allergy.
This should be clear as vendor will be cooking nuts! or have a town cryer!
Electric Shock  when using an electricity supply.
Do not use in wet conditions.
Switch off equipment when unsupervised, take plug out of socket supplying electricity.
Gas Leakage.
Keep cyliner at a safe distance and cover with fire blanket,
Sstop cooking if smell of gas is detacted.
