Always lift with at least 2 people.

Machine delivered in a clean condition and sterilised.
Never use ice cream mix, if out of date or the vacuum pack has been opened.

Ensure machine is strapped to trolley when moving.
Test chosen surface / stand is level & stable for 100kg.
