Sanitising Instructions for an Ice Cream Machine

Sanitizer & Cleaner (Milkstone Remover).
​
Required use dilution 2 ozs. To 2 gallons water = 100 p.p.m.
Available chlorine. pH between 9 and 10


Directions for use
Drain hopper / dispenser.
Rinse freezing cylinder / dispenser with warm (soapy) water in the clean cycle.
Drain hopper / dispenser.
Rinse freezing cylinder / dispenser with warm water in the clean cycle.
Follow manufacturer’s directions, take all/ removable parts to sink and clean.

Assemble machine per manufactures specification.
Dissolve one packet (2oz) into 2 gallons of warm water.
Pour solution into hopper / dispenser.
Agitate solution by setting machine to clean (not freeze) cycle for 3 minutes.
Drain solution completely. Do Not Reuse.

FIRST AID
EYES;  
Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 – 20 minutes.   Remove contact lenses if present, after the first 5 minutes, continue rinsing.
Call poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice.

SKIN;
Take off contaminated clothing.
Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 – 20 minutes.
Call poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice.

SWALLOWED;
Call poison control centre or doctor immediately for treatment advise.
Have person sip a glass of water, if available to swallow.
Do not induce vomiting unless to do so by poison control centre or doctor.
Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
