MULLED WINE
Spiced, red wine (an elixir for the senses on a cold winter night).
 
The recipe combines a wonderful blend of full-bodied red wine, cloves, cinnamon,
 
orange and lemon peel and a touch of sugar.
 
 
£7.50 per litre (8%). £9.00 a litre (11%).
 
Mulled Wine with Brandy and Sherry; added to 10 litre: £25.00

Mulled wine should be served at about 58 degrees.
Alcohol evaporates at 173°F (78°C).

Mulled Cider £8.00 Per litre (5% / 6%)

Wine (non-alcoholic) £7.50 per Litre

 

HOT CHOCOLATE (Belgian)

£1.86 per 200ml (7oz) cup. £2.50 per 300ml (10oz) Cup
(minimum 100, includes machine hire)
 
 
Hot Chocolate Machine Rental
 
One Day: 10 Litre Hot Chocolate Machine Rental £40.00
 
Weekend: 10 Litre Hot Chocolate Machine Rental £60.00
 
One week; 10 Litre Hot Chocolate Machine rental £80.00
 

Recyclable Plastic wine glass (150ml / 20cl).  
£30.00 per 100. Per glass (£0.30).


MINCE PIES

Mince pies from £0.30 each.
 
Short crust all Butter pastry, filled with a light spiced mincemeat : £0.60p each.
 
All butter pastry sweet fruity mincemeat with a dash of Brandy : £0.80p each.
 
Puff pastry mince pies with classic fruity filling : £1.00p each.
 
Stolen bites size £4.50 (approximately 25 chunks).

 
Seasonal Napkins £8.0o per 100.

Catering Urn Description
 
These urns will boil and automatically re-boil, keeping the liquid
at the required temperature as they are thermostatically controlled.
 
Ideal for mulled wine, tea, coffee, soup.
 
A typical 20 litres urn will hold and serve approximately 100 cups
 
Please remember that when the temperature is set above 60 degrees
 the liquid inside will become hot enough to cause scolding!
