Baked Jacket Potatoes.

What could be a more satisfying alternative to the BBQ than a hot jacket potato with a selection of hot and cold fillings. especially on a cold day or as an alfresco Lunch.

Our Potato Chef will prepare the potatoes to the customer's requirements before cooking the spuds, this means we can cook them plain and simple or with a covering of olive oil and a rub of sea salt, then the potatoes are cooked in the potato ovens until the are cooked with exceedingly crispy skins and fluffy potato inside.

These baked jacket potatoes are offered up with a great selection of toppings.

Here are some suggestions; Butter, baked beans, coleslaw, bacon and sweet corn,

cheese (as selected, cream cheese, stilton), chicken and avocado, egg mayo,

chilli (meat and/or vegetarian), coleslaw (with a twist of lemon),

chicken tikka, coronation chicken, piri piri chicken, curried cream cheese,

garlic mushrooms, gratinated smoked trout filling, salmon and horseradish,

Tuna and sweet corn, tuna and onions, ham and mushrooms, pineapple,  

yogurt and cheese, soured cream and chives, salt, pepper, mustard, herbs.

Other Service using Ovens

If required the chef can cook other small dishes in the ovens to add even more variety;

Garlic bread, onion rings, mini quiches, chicken variety (goujons, tikka, satay,) cocktail sausages, mini sausage rolls, mini burgers, giant prawns, spring rolls,

stuffed mushrooms, tartlets. American, Indian, Oriental, tapas mini Saviours.

In fact any party food or hot canapés.
